Baby Showers Continued...

Dustin and I went to North Carolina this past weekend to visit our family there. It was so good to see them and really take time to relax! Gary wouldn't let me lift a finger! I loved it :) And, while visiting we also got to celebrate a couple of things. First, we celebrated Dustin's birthday. Somebody in North Carolina loves you if you get a Ketchie Creek cake! Yum!



And we got to spend time with Grandmommy and Granddaddy.

Then, the spoiling continued. Gary and Kathy hosted a beautiful shower and we were so amazed at all of the family and friends who came to celebrate our little girl with us!

And then the gifts. Oh, the gifts! We are so thankful for everything - the nursery is literally brimming with sweet baby things.

We had an amazing weekend and look forward to getting back down to NC - and next time we'll have Cora in tow!

Baby Showers!

We are so blessed and thankful to have amazing family and friends! We've gotten to see just a hint of how much our little girl is going to be loved over the past couple of weekends. First, our neighbor and friend, Linda, along with her awesome daughter-in-laws, Stacey, Jenn, and Sandra, hosted a beautiful shower for me. Cora got so many beautiful and fun things! Her nursery is quickly filling up with things.





I would love to post pictures of all of the gifts we received, but you'd spend the rest of the day on the blog looking at them! So I have posted a few just for a taste of the spoiling that went on.

Cora is officially ready to go to North Carolina or next door with this gift from Grammie...



This adorable dress from Linda and Lynwood has her name, Cora Wren, stitched at the hem...so sweet!
